XL Large Format Tiles.

We like to say we have the largest tile showrooms in the south west with the largest tiles collection and with the largest tiles. Our tile showrooms are based In Exeter, Devon and Chard, Somerset. We have an extensive range of large format porcelain tiles including Spanish producers Grespania Coverlam, Italian producers of Marazzi Grande and Emil ceramics. These Spanish and Italian factories produce tiles as large as 3.6 meters by 1.6 meters! Thanks to the tile development of laminate pressing technology, porcelain tiles in this size of up to 1600 x 3600mm have a slimmer thickness of even 3.5mm can be produced. Although the large tile is much larger than a normal sized tile it still maintains its mechanical properties and visual appeal synonymous with porcelain tiles. This has allowed new applications to be used for building and interior design, bathroom wall and floor tiles and large floor areas for any room. Using a larger porcelain tile means less grout lines and quite often makes an area appear bigger. The larger format tiles can also be used for external cladding of buildingsmaking them mechanically suitable and aesthetically pleasing. Our XL Large collection largest format tiles are Spanish and we also have a lot of large tiles that are Italian.
